Harsha Yapa is a Senior Quantity Surveyor with 12 years of extensive experience in the Middle East and South Asia, working on various large-scale projects including airports, residential buildings, healthcare facilities, and infrastructure. They held senior positions at notable organizations such as China State Construction and China Harbour Engineering, contributing to projects worth hundreds of millions in contract sums. Harsha is a qualified Civil Engineer recognized by the Institute of Engineers Sri Lanka and a Project Management Professional (PMI-PMP), currently pursuing membership in the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS).
