Jake Marchiafava is a Mechanical Pre-Construction & Design Manager with extensive experience in project estimation and management. They served as a Lead Estimator at Egan Company from 2016 to 2024, where they led the management of project bids and maintained the estimating database. Prior to this role, Jake worked as an Assistant Mechanical Project Manager and contributed to large-scale project coordination. They began their career as a Mechanical Intern and have held various positions that enhanced their expertise in mechanical engineering. Jake earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Engineering from North Dakota State University in 2013.
