Kyle Smith, P. Eng., PMP, is a Senior Industrial Mechanical Engineer currently employed by EFI Engineering. They began their engineering career with a Bachelor of Applied Science in Mechanical Engineering from Queen's University, graduating in 2012. Kyle has held various roles, including Lead Mechanical Engineer at WSP Canada and Design and Proposal Engineer at Innovative Steam Technologies, where they specialized in designing steam generators and conducting complex analyses related to boiler performance and compliance. Earlier experience includes positions as a Summer Engineering Intern and Assistant Draftsman, where they developed skills in AutoCAD and technical documentation.
