Previously, Elena held key leadership roles at Restaurant Brands International, where they developed growth strategies for Tim Hortons and Burger King in various international markets. They earned their MBA from IE Business School and a Bachelor of Arts from Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio de Janeiro.
