John Schwartz is the Head of Government & Enterprise Development at edX, a nonprofit founded by MIT and Harvard University, where they are dedicated to creating transformational change in higher education through online learning. Previously, John co-founded EventQuest, serving as Chief Business Officer from 1994 to 2012, focusing on strategic marketing and experiential design. They also held the position of EVP Sales & Global Business Development at Omnicom from 2013 to 2015. John is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Applied Science in Political Science and Government at Hobart and William Smith Colleges.
