Carol Xu is an experienced legal counsel currently serving as Associate General Counsel at Edrington. They previously worked at Imagineer Co., Ltd. as Legal Counsel and held roles at GoPro as Legal Counsel and Senior Legal Counsel for the APAC region. Carol has also practiced in major law firms, including Sheppard Mullin Richter & Hampton LLP, and has a background in tax transfer pricing from their time as a Senior Consultant at PwC. With an LLB degree and PRC Bar qualification, they possess a strong expertise in IP licensing, data security, and international tax.
