Elena Lebedeva is a seasoned professional in quality assurance and customer experience, currently serving as the CX Quality Assurance Lead at eDreams ODIGEO since December 2021. In this role, Elena is responsible for managing quality KPIs, driving operational performance improvements, and developing QA programs across multiple delivery centers.
