Ashleigh Gurd has a background in HR, starting as an Office Assistant at CoolLED in 2015 and progressing to a Head of HR at EDITEC, where Ashleigh currently holds a dual title as Head of HR EMC & GOAT and Senior People Partner. Before EDITEC, Ashleigh worked at Castleton Commodities International and Beazley in various HR roles. Ashleigh obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Business Management from The Open University in 2018.
