Cédric Berthelot is a transformational leader and finance specialist with extensive experience in optimizing finance operating models and performance. Currently serving as the Group Finance Operations Excellence Director at Edenred, Cédric has managed a global organization of six Shared Service Centers with 850 employees and has been involved in over 100 transformation initiatives across more than 50 companies. Prior to Edenred, Cédric held significant roles at Capgemini Invent and L'Oréal, where expertise in shared services, process reengineering, and change management was honed. Cédric holds multiple degrees, including a Master's in Information System Management and a Master's in Finance from Université Paris Dauphine and EMLYON Business School, respectively.
