David M. Vovak, P.E. is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in the civil engineering field. Currently serving as Senior Vice President and Principal Engineer at ECS Limited since November 2020, Vovak has also held significant positions such as Vice President and Cleveland Office Manager. Prior roles include Director of Transportation and Cleveland Operations Director at TTL Associates and Senior Project Manager at Langan Engineering & Environmental Services. Vovak's engineering career began at BBC&M Engineering, Inc. as a Staff Engineer, progressing through various leadership roles, including Geotechnical Department Manager at Professional Service Industries, Inc. and Vice President/Director of Engineering at Geo-Sci.
