Tom Miller is currently the Director of Research & Evaluation at Economic Mobility Pathways (EMPath), where they lead initiatives to enhance research practices. Previously, Tom held various roles at Action for Boston Community Development, Inc., including Operations Manager and Neighborhood Client Services Coordinator. Tom also gained experience as a Research Assistant at Harvard University, evaluating psychological factors related to political views, and as a Fiscal Intern for the Massachusetts Department of Early Education and Care. Tom earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Harvard University in 2014.
