Hayley Crowe has extensive experience in the life sciences sector, currently serving as EVP and GM for both Global Life Sciences and Purolite at Ecolab since October 2018. Prior to Ecolab, Hayley held significant roles at IMI Precision Engineering, including VP Life Science Sales and VP Business Development. Previous positions also include leadership in mass spectrometry commercialization at PerkinElmer and business development at Waters. Early career experiences included scientific roles at Novartis and Pfizer. Educational qualifications include an MS in Molecular and Cellular Biology from Eastern Michigan University and a BS in Microbiology from the University of Michigan, complemented by executive education at Harvard Business School.
