Erika K. has extensive experience in human resources and project management, currently serving as Co-Lead of the PRIDE Employee Resource Group and the Global Black Belt & Project Management Network at Ecolab since September 2014. With a focus on supporting LGBTQ+ associates and fostering a community of professionals, Erika has driven various HR initiatives including problem-solving projects, talent development, and compliance with substance abuse programs. Prior to Ecolab, Erika held multiple strategic HR roles at Nalco Champion and Nalco Water, and began a career at Alaska USA Federal Credit Union in special credits enforcement and member services. Erika holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resource Management from the University of Alaska Southeast.
