Diego Varra began their career in 1991 as a Lab Tech at Medex Pharmaceutical before transitioning to a commercial role in 1996 as a Sales Representative for Envirogreen SA in Buenos Aires. In 1997, they graduated in Food Science and joined 3M as a Division Manager, developing the Food Safety Business across Argentina, Uruguay, and Paraguay. In 2008, Varra joined Ecolab, where they currently serve as Area VP for Latin America South & Central F&B, overseeing operations in multiple countries while focusing on new business opportunities and profitability improvements. They hold several post-graduate qualifications in Marketing, Negotiation, Finance, and Management.
