Russell Black is currently a Senior HR Manager of People Operations at DISH Network, where they support a team of 18 HR generalists. With a background beginning as an entry-level technician, Russell climbed the ranks to tech level 4 and later served as a Field Service Manager for over seven years. Prior to their HR role, Russell was instrumental in launching the Smart Home Solutions initiative and ranked among the top 12 technicians nationwide for sales in the first year. They hold a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and are pursuing an Associate's degree in Criminal Justice and Corrections from the University of Phoenix.
