Shane Crawford, CCEP, CPCO, GC, BC, is a seasoned public service professional with extensive experience in government administration and property development. Shane began their career at 19 as a City Council Member and County Board Supervisor while pursuing a double degree in Political Science and Public Administration from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse. Over the years, Shane served as County Administrator for Buffalo County and later as City Manager for Madeira Beach, Florida, where they oversaw significant development projects including a $13 million City Centre. Currently, Shane is the Senior Vice President of Construction at Echelon Real Estate Services LLC and the Vice President of Compliance, Corporate IT and Property Development at Premier Family of Companies and CHS America.
