Pedro Miguel Raposo is a skilled bioinformatician with a strong background in bioinformatics and biocuration. Currently serving as a Bioinformatician/Biocurator at UniProt within the European Bioinformatics Institute since March 2021, Pedro has extensive experience including previous roles at the Medicines and Healthcare products Regulatory Agency, where responsibilities included WGS and targeted panel analysis, scRNA-seq, qPCR analysis, and pipeline development.
