Kai Schröder is a Lead Engineer in Electro-Mechanical Design at Eaton, beginning their current role in 2025. Previously, they served as Engineering Manager for Motor Protection at Eaton Industries GmbH from 2012 to 2017 and held the position of Head of Research and Development at MEPA - Pauli und Menden GmbH from 2023 to 2025. Kai holds a Master of Engineering in Mechatronics from Hochschule Bonn-Rhein-Sieg, where they also completed a Bachelor of Engineering in Product Development and a Technical Product Designer qualification.
