Shawna Harper is currently the Divisional Finance Director for Plastics at Eastman Chemical Company, where they have held various significant roles since 2020, including Director of Global Credit and Manager of Americas Pricing. Shawna previously worked in several finance and accounting positions within Eastman, contributing to business process excellence and global product leadership from 2016 to 2020. They are also pursuing a Master of Business Administration and hold a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting, both from East Tennessee State University.
