Joshua Hayes is an Advanced Electrical Engineer at Eastman since July 2020, where responsibilities include providing innovative solutions for labs and pilot plants in areas such as control, data capture, safety, and low power distribution. Prior experience includes a role as an Engineering Intern at TOA-se, focused on problem-solving and communication with various stakeholders, and a Systems Engineer internship at TOA-se, gaining hands-on experience in engineering projects. Joshua has also worked as a Student Tutor at the University of Kentucky, managed projects as a part owner at Inspiring Designs Signs and Graphics, and held leadership positions at Bruss North America. Joshua holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of Kentucky, along with an AS in Pre-Engineering and an AAS as an Electrical Technician from Somerset Community College.
