Chad S. is a retired special agent with over 20 years of experience in global security projects, having directed teams within the Naval Criminal Investigative Service (NCIS). Currently, Chad serves as the Insider Threat Program Manager at Johnson Controls, where they design and implement comprehensive security programs. Chad has also held significant roles, including Global Corporate Security Lead Investigator at Eastman and Police Detective at the Metro Nashville Police Department. With a Master's degree in National Security and Strategic Studies from the U.S. Naval War College, Chad's expertise includes threat identification, strategic planning, and risk mitigation in various high-stakes environments.
