The leadership team at Easterly Government Properties has experience in the real estate industry, as well as in government and public policy. The team is led by President & CEO Michael J. Flynn, who has over 25 years of experience in the real estate industry. Prior to joining Easterly, he was the President of Ron Kendall & Associates, a real estate consulting firm. He has also served as the Staff Director of the U.S. House of Representatives Committee on Transportation and Infrastructure, and as Senior Vice President at Jones Lang LaSalle. Chief Operating Officer & Chief Financial Officer Ronald J. D'Avino is a Certified Public Accountant and has over 30 years of experience in finance and accounting. Prior to joining Easterly, he was the Chief Asset Officer and Director of National Lease Policy at the U.S. General Services Administration.
