Cynthia (Fix) Paparelli, MPA, is currently the Assistant City Manager at Grosse Pointe Park, bringing over 20 years of experience in management and operations across local government and nonprofit sectors. Previously, Cynthia served as the Confidential Assistant to the Supervisor in Macomb Township, where Cynthia managed administrative tasks and community relations. Cynthia has also held positions as Market Manager for New Baltimore Farmers Market and City of Southfield, and has experience as a Deputy Supervisor in Macomb Township. Cynthia earned an AAS in Electrical and Electromechanical Engineering, a BS in Industrial Management, and a Master’s in Public Administration, along with a Professional Certificate in GIS from Michigan State University.
