Joseph Gonzales currently serves as the Senior Associate Director for Prospect Management and Foundations Systems and Operations at Earthjustice, a position held since January 2021. With extensive experience in prospect development, Gonzales has previously worked as Director & Head of Prospect Development at the International Rescue Committee and as Prospect Development Manager at Greater Twin Cities United Way. An academic contributor, Gonzales has also taught Prospect Research and Management Techniques as an Adjunct Faculty member at the University of St. Thomas - Opus College of Business. Previous roles include Manager of Prospect Research at Amnesty International and Development Research Coordinator at Weill Cornell Medical College. Gonzales holds an M.A. in American Studies from The University of New Mexico and a B.A. in Anthropology from The University of Texas at Austin.
