Francis J. Bain, P.E. is a Specialty Engineering / Bridge Construction Manager at EAC Consulting, Inc., where they have been working since 2024. Previously, they held roles as a Project Engineer at DeSimone Consulting Engineers from 2005 to 2008, and as a Structural Engineer at CEC from 2011 to 2024. Francis also contributed to wind engineering research as a Research Assistant at Florida International University between 2009 and 2011. Currently, they pursue a BSc., MSc., and additional studies in Civil Engineering at Florida International University and the University of South Florida.
