Together, these believers have worked to introduce over 1 million  people to Christ, and helped plant over 12,000 churches.

Church Planting

The Leadership Team at e3 Partners / I Am Second is responsible for steering the organization toward its mission of equipping people to evangelize and establish Christ's church worldwide. Comprised of top executives including the CEO, EVP of Strategy, and VPs of various departments, this team develops strategic plans, oversees financial stewardship, drives marketing and communications efforts, and manages global partnerships to ensure cohesive and effective ministry operations. Their collaborative leadership fosters unity and multiplies the impact of the organization's holistic ministry approach.

The Media and Content Team at e3 Partners / I Am Second is responsible for creating and managing multimedia materials that communicate the organization's mission and achievements. This includes producing video content, managing digital assets, designing graphics, writing technical documents, and presenting content on various platforms. Their work ensures that the message of equipping, evangelizing, and establishing is shared effectively across all digital and traditional media channels to engage and inspire audiences worldwide.

The Missionary and Ambassadors Team at e3 Partners / I Am Second focuses on training and supporting individuals to evangelize and plant churches worldwide. Comprised of church planters, ambassadors, and missionaries, the team works closely with international communities to spread the gospel, establish local congregations, and foster community transformation. Their efforts contribute to the global mission of equipping believers and expanding Christ's church.

Missionary and Ambassadors Team

The Finance Team at e3 Partners/I Am Second is responsible for managing and overseeing the financial operations of the organization. This team ensures accurate financial reporting, budgeting, and compliance with financial regulations to support the organization’s mission. They handle financial transactions associated with trips, provide financial insights, and maintain the financial health necessary to equip and support global evangelism and church planting efforts.

Finance Team

The Marketing and Communications team at e3 Partners / I Am Second is responsible for developing and executing strategies to promote the mission of equipping Christians to evangelize and establish new churches worldwide. They manage marketing campaigns, media relations, and content creation to effectively communicate the organization's impact and engage supporters. This team ensures the message of the ministry reaches a broad audience, inspiring participation and support for church planting and discipleship initiatives.
