Pete Dillon is a finance leader with over 10 years of experience specializing in FP&A, growth, and controllership. Currently serving as the Director of Finance and Operations at E Source, they hold an MBA from the University of California, Berkeley, where they were a founding member of the Haas Data Science Club. Previously, Dillon worked in various roles including FP&A Manager at Color, Senior Consultant at ERM, and Strategy Consultant at Shasqi. They also gained early experience as a Chemist at Pace Analytical Services and 3M. Additionally, Dillon is pursuing further education in Chemistry and Accounting at multiple institutions.
