Jan Soudek is currently the Head of Controlling, Finance and Accounting at E.ON CZ, a position they have held since 2024. Previously, Jan worked as a Senior Manager in Controlling and as a Manager of Operative Controlling & Financial Modelling at NET4GAS from 2015 to 2022. Jan's earlier experience includes roles at GE Capital in FP&A, Finance, and as an Assistant Consultant at Ernst & Young. Jan also contributed to research at CERGE-EI and was part of a support team at New Economics. Jan holds a Master’s degree in Finance & Banking from Charles University in Prague and also completed an MA in Management & Applied Economics at Johannes Kepler Universität Linz through the Erasmus program.
