Amy Rockers is a Director of Product Development at E.L.F. BEAUTY, specializing in innovative beauty products that challenge conventional boundaries. They previously held various pivotal roles in product development at companies such as Fenty Skin, Kat Von D Beauty, and L'Oreal, where they directed major phases of skincare formula development and managed cross-functional teams. Prior to their industry experience, they completed a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry from Marquette University and a Master's degree in Business and Science with a focus on Personal Care Science from Rutgers University. Their early research experience includes internships at the University of Southern California and independent research at Marquette University, where they explored organic molecules and advanced technologies.
