Tom Dear is the Global Legal Compliance Director at Dyson, where they lead the design and implementation of global compliance, ethics, and sustainability strategies. Prior to this role, Tom served as the Privacy Compliance Manager and held various leadership positions within the company, overseeing compliance in critical legal risk areas. Earlier in their career, Tom gained invaluable experience as the Data Protection Officer at The National Trust and held several data privacy roles at Nationwide Building Society. Tom earned a BA Hons in History from Lancaster University.
