Kevin Chiam is an accomplished industrial designer and educator with extensive experience in new product innovation. Currently, Kevin serves as Lead Industrial Designer at Dyson, having progressed through roles including Senior and Industrial Designer since April 2021. In addition to this position, Kevin is a Faculty Lecturer at the University of the Arts Singapore, teaching first-year students in the School of Spatial & Product Design. Kevin's contributions to the field include being a DesignSingapore Associate & Scholar, a Creator-In-Residence at the Hong Kong Design Institute, and a Senior Tutor at LAC STUDIO, among other teaching roles. A pro bono Innovation Design Engineering Coach at Tan Tock Seng Hospital and a former Interaction Designer at Deloitte Digital further illustrate Kevin's commitment to design and education. Kevin holds multiple advanced degrees in Innovation Design Engineering from the Royal College of Art and Imperial College London, alongside a Bachelor's degree from the National University of Singapore, enhancing a robust academic and professional foundation in industrial design.
