Matthew Cieslinski is a storytelling enthusiast and training innovator with over 15 years of experience in diverse media roles. Currently, they serve as a Senior Learning and Development Advisor at Dynatrace, where they design and deliver impactful learning experiences that empower organizations. Previously, Matthew has developed high-impact multimedia content for clients at GP Strategies Corporation and played a key role in scaling learning infrastructure at Calibrate. They hold a B.A. in Mass Communication from Western Michigan University and have complemented their education with specialized training in film direction and comedy improv.
