Matt Fawcett is the senior vice president and general counsel for NetApp, where they oversee worldwide legal affairs, including corporate governance and mergers and acquisitions. They transformed NetApp’s legal department into a high-performance organization and are recognized as a leading voice on the intersection of law, technology, and business. Previously, Matt served as general counsel at JDS Uniphase Corporation, managing a global legal organization and a significant patent program. They are currently the general counsel at DXC Technology and have held various roles on boards and advisory committees throughout their career. Matt is also pursuing a Doctor of Law degree from UCLA and holds a bachelor's degree from UC Berkeley.
