James Dunn is a technology-driven operations leader currently serving as the Chief of Staff to the Chief Administrative Officer at DXC Technology, a global organization with over 130,000 employees. James joined DXC after five years in the UK Civil Service, where they led teams in trade negotiations, crisis management, and social policy. In their initial two and a half years at DXC, James successfully built the government affairs and public policy team both in the UK and globally. Prior roles include leadership positions in the Cabinet Office, the Office of the Secretary of State for Wales, and the National Union of Students (UK).
