They served as Global Head of Tax & Asset Servicing Technology at Barclays, where they transformed Tax Operations and facilitated the integration of Lehman Brothers into Barclays. In their role as Executive Director and Board Member at Brickendon Consulting, Dean shaped strategic initiatives and successfully recovered a failing $20M project for Credit Suisse. Currently, as a Program Manager at DXC Technology, Dean advises senior executives, shapes organizational priorities, and drives key regulatory and operational programs while fostering a culture of performance through an internal training academy.
