David Linton is a strategic people and culture leader with extensive experience in human resources. They held various leadership roles at BT from 2007 to 2010, including Head of Graduates, Apprentices and Organisation Learning, and later became the Head of Academy at Robertson Group from 2019 to 2020. Currently, they serve as a Strategic HR Business Partner for the Sensory Division at DwyerOmega and have also worked as a Strategic HR Consultant at UP Logistics Limited in 2025 and as the Head of Human Resources at Robertson Facilities Management Limited from 2020 to 2025.
