Varun Krishnan is a Research Analyst for Responsible Investment at DWS Group since January 2023. Previously, Varun held multiple roles at Stakeholders Empowerment Services from January 2016 to January 2023, including Senior Research Analyst specializing in Proxy Advisory and Corporate Governance, as well as Research Analyst and Company Secretary, and Research Associate. Earlier experience includes a CS Trainee position at ITC Hotels from January 2014 to April 2015, where responsibilities encompassed drafting legal documents, convening meetings, handling shareholder queries, and ensuring compliance with statutory requirements. Varun holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from the University of Mumbai, a Masters in Commerce from Indira Gandhi National Open University, and an Associate Company Secretary degree from The Institute of Company Secretaries of India.
