Adrian Bighirel is a Senior Lead Designer and Engineering Manager in the Process Heat Division with extensive experience in mechanical design and engineering management. They began their career as a Mechanical Design Engineer at Cast Products, Inc. and progressed to MonoGen, Inc., where they contributed to the design of the Mono Prep Pap Test processor. Subsequently, Adrian held roles at Durex Industries, initially as a Senior Product Design Engineer before advancing to Senior Lead Designer and Engineering Manager, overseeing a team of six engineers in the design of Process Heating Systems while ensuring compliance with industry standards. Adrian earned their Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Transilvania University of Brasov between 1982 and 1987.
