Mike Sirochman is a skilled operator of nuclear power plants, boasting over 34 years of naval and commercial experience, including 23 years as a licensed Reactor Operator. They served as a Chief Nuclear Operator at Duke Energy Corporation, where they were responsible for all aspects of nuclear reactor operations and listed as a high performer and leader. Previously, they completed Nuclear Power School with the US Navy and earned their Reactor Operators license while starting as a non-licensed operator at Florida Power Corporation. Currently, Sirochman works as a Non Certified Nuclear Operator at Duke Energy Corporation, where they contribute to the decommissioning transition of Crystal River Unit #3.
