JoAnne Brown is a Senior Instructional Designer/Developer and eLearning LMS Administrator at Duke Energy Corporation, where they focus on creating effective training programs for adult learners across various functional groups. With extensive experience in instructional design and data analysis, JoAnne has previously held roles such as Senior Certified IT Specialist at IBM, where they managed technical training and developed solutions generating significant revenue increases. JoAnne also contributed to the field as a Software Tester intern at WestGroup Publishing and dedicated years as a domestic engineer, providing invaluable life skills to their family. Currently, JoAnne is enrolled at Monroe Community College.
