Darren Moore is an experienced engineer with a strong background in machine learning, software engineering, and embedded systems. Currently serving as a Machine Learning Engineer (Speech & Audio) at Dubber since February 2022, Darren previously co-founded RapidAIM Pty Ltd where Darren worked as Lead Engineer from September 2018 to February 2022. Prior to that, Darren held the position of Senior Software Engineer at CSIRO, focusing on the development and deployment of wireless sensor network technology for environmental monitoring from November 2005 to September 2018. Earlier experience includes roles as a Research Engineer at IDIAP Research Institute and an Embedded Software Engineer at Motorola. Darren holds a Master of Engineering and dual Bachelor's degrees in Engineering (Electronics) (Hons 1) and Information Technology from Queensland University of Technology, obtained between 1993 and 2000.
