Yousef Aldeen is a self-motivated customer experience expert with a decade of experience spanning various industries, including corporate, properties, finance, retail, and healthcare. They served as Business Development/Unit Manager at UME Diagnostics from 2009 to 2013 and later managed customer experience at Al Ghurair Investment from 2021 to 2022. Currently, as the Head of Customer Excellence at Dubai Holding, they are accountable for developing and implementing customer-centric goals and strategies across the organization. Aldeen holds a Bachelor's degree in Classics Studies from Ain Shams University, earned in 2005.
