Mickel Jansen is currently a Principal Scientist in Bioprocess Development at dsm-firmenich, a position held since 2023. Previously, they worked at DSM from 2014 to 2022, serving in various roles including Senior Bioprocess Manufacturing Specialist and Senior Scientist in Fermentation. Mickel earned a PhD from Delft University of Technology between 2000 and 2004 and subsequently worked as a Scientist at PURAC from 2004 to 2006.
