Marion Holbein Fleury is currently the Responsable de production at dsm-firmenich. They held various roles in their career, including Technical Service Chemist at The Dow Chemical Company from 2008 to 2014, where they provided technical service and support for the Paper Coatings segment. Marion also served as Chef de projets industrialisation at L'Oréal from 2015 to 2018, leading industrial process development for hair care and hygiene products. Before joining dsm-firmenich, they were Responsable atelier CO2 / Distillation at Firmenich from 2018 to 2023, coordinating production activities and engaging in continuous improvement initiatives.
