Lennon Donoghue has extensive experience in operations and supply chain management, primarily within the food specialties sector. Lennon began with DSM Food Specialties as a Laboratory Technician and Planner from 2003 to 2004, progressing to Supply Chain Manager roles in Australia and globally from 2006 to 2019. In 2016, Lennon took on the role of Tolling & Continuous Improvement Manager, overseeing contract manufacturing partners in North America and the Asia-Pacific regions. Subsequently, Lennon served as Site Manager and Regional Tolling Manager for DSM Food Specialties B.V. before transitioning to a Senior Director of Operations position at dsm-firmenich in 2021. Lennon holds a Bachelor of Science in Biotechnology from the University of Technology Sydney, a Certified in Production & Inventory Management qualification from APICS, and an MBA with Distinction from the University of New South Wales.
