Jessica Sabatier has a diverse background in sensory management and product development, with experience spanning over a decade. Starting as a Research Lab Technician from January 2006 to December 2009, Jessica then took on roles such as Product Development & Sensory Assistant and Regulatory & Sensory Specialist at Carlsberg Group in early 2011. Following a research assistant internship at Ecole d'ingénieurs de Changins, Jessica advanced to Product Development & Sensory Manager at Carlsberg Breweries AS from January to August 2012. Subsequent roles include Sensory Consultant and Senior Sensory Manager at Firmenich, and Consumer Insights Manager at dsm-firmenich, ultimately achieving the role of Senior Consumer Insights Manager and Associate Director.
