Eric Saulters is currently an Expert in Supply Chain Process Excellence at dsm-firmenich, starting in October 2023. Prior to this role, Eric served as a Solution Designer for the Forecast to Schedule team at Molson Coors Beverage Company, where the focus was on the integration of Infor AS, SAP ECC, and SAP APO from August 2020 to October 2023. Eric's experience includes a position as an LN Implementation Consultant at Infor, specializing in various processes such as Manufacturing and Testing as a Service from August 2019 to May 2020. Earlier, Eric worked as an SAP Consultant at CONTAX Inc., gaining expertise in multiple areas including Production Planning and Inventory Management from March 2018 to August 2019. Eric began a career in sales as a Field Sales Consultant at Henry Schein before completing a Bachelor's degree in Economics with a Business Minor from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign in 2017.
