Dian Oktaviani is currently the Head of the Logistics Department at dsm-firmenich, a role they have held since 2025. They previously worked at Mondelēz International as the Logistic Operations Lead ID from 2022 to 2024 and also served as NDC Ops Manager, overseeing critical inbound and outbound logistics processes. Prior to that, Dian held various positions in logistics and customer service at companies such as Kimberly-Clark, L'Oréal, and PT. Berdikari (Persero), where they contributed to improving operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. Dian earned an Engineer's degree in Informatika from Universitas Muhammadiyah Jakarta and a Master of Library & Information Science from SMUN 110 Jak-ut.
