Amanda Drexler is a food scientist and entrepreneur with extensive experience in product development and culinary innovation. They operated Cupcakes on Wheels, creating seasonal gourmet cupcake flavors for special occasions from 2014 to 2015. Amanda contributed to various roles at New Students and Transition Programs and developed food marketing insights during a study abroad program in Australia. They have served as a food scientist at Eclipse Foods, pioneering plant-based dairy products, and currently hold the position of Senior Food Technologist at dsm-firmenich. Amanda earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Food Science with an Agribusiness Minor from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo.
