Helene Nederbye Spendrup is currently serving as Senior Legal Counsel at DSB since August 2023, overseeing legal responsibilities related to the construction of new green workshops for servicing the IC5 trains. Prior to this role, Helene worked as a Legal Consultant at the Technical University of Denmark from November 2022 to August 2023 and held a similar position at Banedanmark from March 2020 to October 2022, specializing in construction and procurement law with contract values between 100,000 DKK and 500 million DKK. From December 2013 to March 2020, Helene was an in-house lawyer at Kuben Management, focusing on contract management. Earlier experience includes positions as a Legal Intern at Ericsson and various roles as a law student at NaturErhvervstyrelsen and Andersson & Lindholt. Helene holds multiple Master of Laws degrees from prestigious institutions, including Copenhagen University and The University of Hong Kong, as well as a Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of Copenhagen.
